In a build session, I sit down with you, in your office, and build a working first version of one idea, usually within the hour. You see it working, in real time, on your own process.
That changes the conversation. Questions come up straight away: what about this case? who approves that? where does this go next? Each answer goes straight into the system, and you see the result. Instant feedback, instead of a fortnight's wait.

So I build in steps. A first version that works, then improve it from real use. Each step earns its place. You stop paying for the parts you didn't need, because we never built them.

Jack of all trades, master of nine. I've worked in development, project management, consultancy, branding, advertising, design, SEO, DevOps and security, and I've written accounting ledger software.
That breadth is the point. A project that would normally pass between a consultant, a designer, a developer and an operations person can stay with one person who understands all of it. Fewer handovers, fewer misunderstandings, and much faster delivery.
