- A PDF or paper form becomes an online form that checks answers as people type, saves partly finished entries, and sends the results straight to the right place
- Scanned and photographed forms are read automatically. AI reads the handwriting and print, pulls out the fields, and a person checks anything it isn't sure of
- A spreadsheet becomes a proper application, with the same logic, but with access control, history, and no more "which version is the latest?"
- Approvals move out of email into a clear flow: who needs to sign off, who has, and what's waiting
- The data feeds everything else: reports, dashboards, your accounts or CRM, without anyone copying it across

This is exactly what FormifyPro does: it turns a 30-page PDF into an online experience. I built it because the problem is everywhere, and solving it well is mostly about understanding the paperwork and the people who fill it in.
How we start
Bring one form or one spreadsheet. In a build session, I'll turn it into a working first version, with you, so you can see it working on your own example before deciding anything else.
From there, we improve it in steps, connecting it to the systems you already use and adding the next form when the first one is earning its keep.
Accuracy and checking
AI is very good at reading documents, but not perfect. So every system I build shows a person anything it isn't confident about before it's saved. Nothing is filed on a guess.
