Exponential strategy
Build your business for the technology that will exist in two years, not the technology of five years ago.
Several technologies are improving at once, and they're converging: AI, automation, data, connected devices and more. Business plans written around what was possible a few years ago are being overtaken. Previous business planning has gone out of the window.
The useful questions now are: what will be possible in two years, what does that do to our market, and what should we start building today?

The Exponential Organisations model
I'm a certified ExO Consultant and ExO Sprint Coach with OpenExO, the community behind the Exponential Organisations (ExO) model.
The model describes how the fastest-growing organisations are built, using two sets of attributes:
- SCALE, which looks outwards: Staff on demand, Community and crowd, Algorithms, Leveraged assets, Engagement
- IDEAS, which looks inwards: Interfaces, Dashboards, Experimentation, Autonomy, Social technologies
Together they give a practical way to see where your organisation could use technology and outside resources to grow far faster than adding people would allow.
What I offer
How exponential are you?
A measure of where your organisation stands today, using the Exponential Quotient survey on the OpenExO platform, and what to change first.
ExO Sprint
A structured transformation process, run as an official ExO Sprint Coach, that takes a leadership team from ideas to tested initiatives, both new ventures and changes to the core business.
Strategy that ends in something working
Strategy matters, but it shouldn't end in a report. Wherever it can, I'll turn an idea into a working first version in a build session, so you can test it with real people before committing.
