Getting started
Where do we start?
With one thing: a form, a spreadsheet, or a job someone does by hand every week. In a build session, I'll build a working first version of it with you. If you're not sure what that one thing is, an AI opportunity assessment finds it.
Do I need to understand the technology?
No. You need to understand your business, and I'll do the rest. Everything is explained in plain English.
Can you really build something in an hour?
A first version of one idea, yes, usually: something that works on your own example, so you can see it and react to it. It isn't the finished system. That comes next, in steps.
Cost and value
What does it cost?
It depends on the size of the job and the value it brings you, so I don't publish a single price. The cost is always agreed with you before any work starts.
Why not a big project with a fixed plan?
Because plans made before anyone has used the system are usually wrong. Building in steps means you get value sooner, stop paying for things you don't need, and can change direction cheaply. How I work
AI and your business
Will it replace my staff?
The aim is to take the repetitive work, not the people. Most clients use the time saved for the work only their people can do: customers, judgement, growth.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
It sometimes will, so the systems I build send anything uncertain or important to a person to check before it's acted on.
Is my data safe?
Personal data and credentials are kept out of AI tools, your information stays confidential, and I'll sign an NDA if you'd like. Data and AI safety
Can you work with the systems we already have?
Usually, yes: connecting existing tools is a big part of the work.
Working together
Where do you work?
On site or remotely across the UK and Europe. Further afield, remotely, or on site with travel costs.
Who will I be working with?
Me, directly. About me
